How Time Ballot works

Time Ballot helps a group find a time to meet without long email threads. One person proposes times, everyone else answers, and the best option is easy to see.

For the organiser

  1. Create a ballot: give it a title, if you like a description and a meeting place or link, then pick dates on the calendar and the start times that could work.
  2. Share the public link with the participants. Keep the private admin link for yourself: it lets you edit the ballot, see all answers and close it. If you give your email address, we send it to you.
  3. When enough people have answered, pick the final time. Time Ballot emails everyone who left an address and attaches a calendar file.

For participants

  1. Open the link, enter your name and mark each option yes, if need be or no.
  2. Change your answers at any time with your personal link.
  3. Leave an email address if you want to receive the final date and a calendar file.

Time zones

Times are shown in each visitor’s own time zone, detected automatically and easy to change on the page. Daylight saving time is taken into account, so participants in different countries always see the right local time.
