One address per line. Each person gets an email with the link; replies go to your address. The addresses are kept with the ballot so these people also get the final date and any change to it, and are deleted with the ballot. Each person’s link fills in their own address on the ballot. Up to 10 people.

How it works

    Pick the dates and start times that could work, in your own time zone. Add a place or a meeting link if you like.

  2. Share one link

    Send the link by email or chat. Everyone opens it in their browser: no sign-up, no app to install.

  3. Everyone marks what works

    Each person answers yes, if need be or no for every option. You see the best time at a glance, pick it, and everyone who left an email gets the final date.

Common questions

Do participants need an account?
No. Participants only enter a name. An email address is optional and only used to send them the final date.
Is Time Ballot free?
Yes. Creating ballots and answering them is free, and there are no ads.
What about different time zones?
Each time is stored once and shown to everyone in their own time zone, which they can change on the page.
What happens to the data?
Each ballot, with all its answers and email addresses, is deleted 180 days after it closes. Nothing is used for tracking.
